Cancellation Policy/Room Reservation
- If you need to cancel your retreat reservation, you must provide email notification by August 13th, 2024, in order to receive a full refund; transfers are not available.
-Reservations made on, or after August 13th, 2024 are not eligible for a refund, and must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
-The hotel always reserves the right to change room availability, and we cannot guarantee specific room assignments, as they are subject to the hotel's policies and availability, at the time of booking. We will do our very best to satisfy all requests.
Payment Installments
- We are delighted to offer a penalty-free payment plan for all rooms/occupancies, available in 4 installments of:
**Payments paid for this retreat will be displayed as Vantage Life Design on your credit card statement.
Initial Deposit: Upon booking, we require an initial deposit to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable.
Installment 2: required 30 days after booking.
Installment 3: required 60 days after the first installment.
Installment 4: final payment is August 13th, 2024; 6 weeks before the retreat start date, as required by Amansala Resort's policy.
- If booking within 10 weeks of retreat start date (on or after July 16th, 2024) you may pay in 2 installments; 50% deposit (non-refundable) at time of reservation, and the final 50% 6 weeks before travel (August 13th, 2024).
-If booking within 6 weeks of retreat start date (on or after August 13th, 2024) you will need to pay in full, at time of reservation.
- Full payment(s) must be complete by August 13th, 2024.
- You may arrange for an installment plan by selecting the Installment Option upon reservation for the room of your choice. After making your initial deposit, you will receive invoices for your remaining installments, which will be due upon receipt. A late fee of $150 will be incurred for installment payments 10 days past due. All payments must be completed by August 13th, 2024.
Travel Insurance/Flight Information
-We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, such as flight cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel-related issues.
-Guests are responsible for securing their own travel insurance coverage.
-Two weeks (September 10th, 2024) prior to the departure date of the retreat, all participants must submit their flight information to secure proper pick-up arrangements. Failure to provide this information may result in delays, or alternative transportation arrangements, at the participant's expense.
Activity Participation
-If you choose not to participate in a scheduled activity, please inform us at least 1 month before the retreat start date (August 24th, 2024) We will do our best to arrange an alternative activity or experience for you during that time.
-We reserve the right to make any changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will substitute the changes to the best of our ability.
By booking your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy, and understand the importance of travel insurance for your trip.
